Be there on time. Be prepared with parts and tooling necessary. Manage priorities, keep customer informed and comfortable with what is being done, no surprises. Provide expert knowledgeable and experienced technical service of exceptional quality and fix it right the first time.
Service specialization is in compact equipment. We have a preventative maintenance program in place with computerized tracking and scheduling. We recognize that the owner/operator, individual or small contractor is the primary market for compact equipment. He should be treated as a V.I.P. with as much, if not more, emphasis on product support than the biggest contractors. He may own only one machine. When he has equipment trouble, he may be completely out of business until such time as he is up and running, or a replacement on site.
Our strengths include Honesty - we show up when or before we said we would. Quality - we fix it right, do not do shoddy workmanship or have to do the job twice to get it right. Efficiency - we are able to provide very reasonable pricing due to being properly prepared for each job. Experience - we have certified and factory trained equipment technicians.
